As someone who has never ran consistently, I needed help keeping pace. After doing some research, I found out that music at 83 BPM is good to keep pace with steps, and with the correct stride will result in a 8 minute mile time. So I made this mix to help me and ultimately reach my goal of a 16 minute 2 mile run. It’s only 37 minutes long, so if you run for longer than that, play it twice lol (Actually if you run for longer than that you probably don’t need help with pace). For novice runners like myself, I hope this helps!
