Ep 48: R&B (Rhythm & Bern), A Dedication | WBRN Radio

ep48

I’ve been DJing for about 8.5 years, and this podcast is almost 4 years old. I don’t update as often, as life as been getting busier and busier. However, I still come across people on Facebook wearing their 5 year old Heart Bern tees, I get emails from folks in other countries about old podcast episodes, as well as other signs of support. I appreciate all of the listeners that hold me down; so much that I am dedicating this Valentine’s Day weekend to you. This is Episode 48 of WBRN Radio. This episode is titled ‘Rhythm and Bern, A Dedication.’ These songs are dedicated to each and every one of you that still tune in, as I think the sounds reflect my listeners taste in sexy neo-R&B with a Hip Hop influence. Ep 47: Run.2 | WBRN Radio

ep47

I have been listening to the same running mix for over a year now, and while it has helped me improve my time greatly, it has really gotten old. When I made the first mix (check it out here) my intentions were to make another one in the next month. Finally, here’s something new you can run to. I wanted to make it clean like the first one, but some of the songs aren’t. It’s the same theory though; music at 83 BPM to help you (me) keep a great pace. Since the last mix I’ve shaved almost 2 minutes off of my 2 mile time. I hope it helps you!
